At Dosebe, every piece is handmade with care in our family studio. Because of the nature of handcrafted ceramics, slight variations in colour, shape, and texture are part of what makes each piece unique.

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

Returns

As a UK-based business, we follow the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In its original condition

  • Packed securely in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

As ceramics are fragile, we take great care in packing — but if something arrives broken, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A full refund

Handmade Variations

Each Dosebe piece is handmade. Small differences in glaze tone, shape, or finish are natural and not considered faults. These variations are part of the beauty of handcrafted ceramics.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been used
